תיאור התפקיד:
- בניית תוכנית טיפול אישית מותאמת לצרכי החניכות
- דיווחים שוטפים על מצב החניכות
- מעקב שוטף אחר ביצוע התוכניות הטיפוליות
- קיום שיחות פרטניות בהתאם לתוכנית האישית
- עבודה עם גורמי רווחה, חינוך טיפול והבריאות השונים
- עבודה עם משפחות החניכות ובכלל ביקור בית ועדכונים שוטפים
- השתתפות בישיבות וועדות - בקבוצה, במעון ומחוצה לה
- הופעה בפני בית המשפט, בהתאם לצורך
- קיום הדרכות פרטניות וקבוצתיות לצוות הקבוצה וכן למתנדבים
- השתתפות בהכשרות נדרשות בפנימייה ומחוצה לה

עידןדרישות:
- בעל/ת תואר אקדמי בעבודה סוציאלית
- רישום בפנקס העובדים הסוציאלים
- בעל/ת נסיון מעשי מוכח של שנתיים לפחות במהלך ארבע השנים האחרונות בעבודה עם בני נוער בסיכון
