  Responsible for design, optimization, and implementation of bio-manufacturing processes.
  Create process models, equipment specifications, and facility layouts.
  Drives continuous improvement in process design, cost savings, quality, and resource utilization.

  BSc in the fields of Biotechnology, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, with at least 7 years of proven work experience in process engineering; or MSc with at least 5 years of industrial experience.
  Experience in process simulations.
  Working knowledge of process engineering software packages.
  Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
  Knowledge of process related standards.
